17 years of marketing experience. Experience includes such leading brands as Bank of Baku, Bank Respublika, DemirBank, Auto Azerbaijan (Hyundai, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Peugeot), KontaktHome, PASHA Bank, SOCAR, Irshad. He worked as a responsible person in areas such as marketing communications, pricing and distribution, product development and modification, marketing research, CRM, DATA processing and analytics, strategic planning. From 2019 to 2022, he was the head of the Marketing Department and a member of the Board of Directors of Irshad. In 2022, he provided marketing consultations as a Business Project Leader of the VAU digital commerce platform. In addition to being the author of four scientific articles on marketing and dozens of other articles, he is a participant in several international marketing and business conferences and internship programs. Currently, he is teaching Marketing to master’s students of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC business school), and is the supervisor of dissertations on marketing topics. He works as a Marketing consultant with leading local companies, and is the founder and director of MarLab.
He is a graduate of the joint MBA program of the Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and Georgia State University of the USA, and the graduate program of the German Management Academy in Business Management. He continues his studies as a candidate for a doctorate in economics. The head of the CampAct start-up project, one of the country’s first camping clubs, is a finalist of the SABAH.Lab start-up acceleration program.
